So my friend first you want to make a E-mail account in Google. After you create it go to Google search page and search "blogger". Then on the search page blogger.com will appear. Click it.

After you click it get sign in with your Google account. After logging to it, they are asking what is the domain name you want. Just type your site name and click next and make your blog page..

Blogger is a easy way to make a website without spending money.. So Google held the blogger.
